Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented In-House Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our online marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand presence, driving online traffic, generating leads, and increasing sales through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp

Manage and grow company social media accounts with regular posts, reels, stories, and engagement

Create content strategies for promotions, offers, and brand awareness

Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) within the allocated budget

Monitor website traffic, online orders, and campaign performance

Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams for marketing activities

Manage email marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes

Handle influencer marketing and collaborations if required

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply)

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools

Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.

Creative mindset with good communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

Experience in food, agriculture, retail, or FMCG industry

Basic photo/video editing skills

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
