Job Description

Digital Marketing

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.

Evaluates emerging technologies.

Inside Sales

Ability to understand and help independently implement the sales plan and a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time

Responsible for driving sales from various Verticals.

Identify new ventures, opportunities, and leads for the company

Maintaining and updating key sales reports.

Researching and generate new qualified opportunities through prospecting and activity-based cold calling and emailing.

Use creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate new business opportunities

Cultivate and nurture the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification and persuade decision makers to obtain orders

Leverage social strategies to initiate sales conversations with all levels of stakeholders

Develop an In-depth knowledge and understanding of the companies core products & services

Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cold calling & email campaigns)

Manage the early sales cycle from market research, engaging new leads, and onboarding

Build strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, businesses and internal peers.

Maintain consistent levels of activity to achieving sales targets.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
