Job Description

Job Title: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE(Female Preferred)

Reporting to: General Manager

Pay Structure: 15000-20000/- per month


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

o Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

o Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms (social media, email, paid

ads, SEO, etc.).

o Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to drive engagement and

conversions.

2. Content Creation & Management:

o Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms (blogs, social media

posts, videos, etc.).

o Manage the company’s website and ensure content is optimized for search

engines (SEO).

o Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers for creative

assets.

3. Social Media Marketing:

o Develop and manage social media strategies on platforms like Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

o Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to boost brand

presence.

o Run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analyze

performance.

4. Email Marketing:

o Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional

offers.

o Segment email lists and optimize campaigns for better engagement and

conversions.

o Monitor email performance and refine strategies accordingly.

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

o Conduct keyword research to improve website ranking on search engines.

o Optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

o Monitor SEO performance and implement updates as needed.

6. Paid Advertising (PPC):

o Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads,

Bing Ads, and social media channels.

o Track and optimize ad performance, focusing on ROI and lead generation.

7. Data Analysis & Reporting:

o Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics for all campaigns (traffic,

conversion rates, bounce rates).

o Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend

optimization tactics.

o Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEM rush, or HubSpot to gather

insights.

8. Brand Development & Online Reputation Management:

o Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all digital platforms.

o Monitor online reviews and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.

o Leverage influencer partnerships or customer testimonials to boost credibility.

9. Stay Updated with Trends:

o Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

o Attend webinars, courses, and conferences to continue professional

development.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • SEO/SEM: Experience in keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, Google Ads, etc.
  • Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

Twitter, and TikTok.

  • Email Marketing: Experience with platforms like MailChimp, SendGrid, or HubSpot.
  • Web Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking

tools.

  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or

Joomla.

  • PPC Campaigns: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media tools.
  • Graphic Design Tools: Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or

Illustrator.

Soft Skills:

  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively for campaigns and content.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet

deadlines.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-5 years in digital marketing or related roles, depending on the level of the position.
  • Certifications (Optional): Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or other marketing certifications.
