We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation & Brand Awareness Executive to drive qualified leads and enhance brand visibility for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both organic and paid lead generation, and a deep understanding of real estate customer behavior.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation (Organic & Paid):Develop and execute strategies for organic lead generation through SEO, social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and content marketing.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and real estate listing portals (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
• Monitor and analyze lead sources, lead quality, and cost-per-lead (CPL).
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion tracking.
• Brand Awareness & Online Presence:Create and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites to build consistent brand visibility.
• Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-impact creatives and campaigns.
• Build relationships with influencers, local media, and real estate communities to promote brand presence.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online and offline channels.
• Analytics & Reporting:Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, CTR, lead conversions, bounce rate, etc.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest optimization strategies.
