We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing to drive our brand visibility, creator growth, and content monetization efforts. This is a leadership opportunity to be part of a fast-growing creative platform, helping define the voice and reach of Reel Harvest in a rapidly evolving media landscape.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead the digital marketing strategy across all verticals: podcast production, branded partnerships, digital creator support, and incubator initiatives.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, search, email, influencer, paid media) to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and acquire talent/clients.
  • Collaborate with content, partnerships, and studio teams to package and promote new podcasts, creator launches, studio offerings, and more.
  • Manage and mentor a growing digital marketing team.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
  • Lead performance marketing efforts with a strong focus on attribution, analytics, and ROI.
  • Drive inbound opportunities for studio bookings, brand partnerships, and creator collaborations through innovative campaigns.
  • Define and track KPIs, create performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in media, content, or creator economy sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital brands and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends, platform algorithms, and creator behavior across YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, Spotify, etc.
  • Experience with brand partnerships and content marketing is a major plus.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills — able to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Experience in launching and promoting podcasts, video series, or creator-led content is a bonus.
