Role OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Intern at Anayaa Jewels, you’ll get hands-on experience running the day-to-day operations of an online brand. You’ll manage social media content, handle customer orders, and help grow our digital presence.

• Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Social Media
• Create engaging content for Instagram — reels, posts, and stories.
• Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Order Management
• Manage and dispatch online orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth shipping and tracking.
• Maintain records of dispatched parcels and follow up with customers.
• Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email.
• Ensure timely updates on order status and resolve basic queries politely.
• Website Management
• Upload new product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, tags).
• Keep inventory updated on the website.
• Other Tasks
• Assist in planning photo/video shoots.
• Provide general marketing and operational support to the team.
• Requirements - Passion for social media, fashion, and jewellery.
• Basic understanding of Instagram marketing and trends.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, or Shopify (preferred, not mandatory).
• A creative mindset and willingness to learn.
