Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that strengthen Doit Industries’ online presence and support lead generation objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, and performance-driven marketing, with the ability to align all initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach.

Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns across all major platforms.

Lead digital lead generation and nurturing programs to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using web analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated online marketing campaigns.

Ensure all digital activities align with brand identity and corporate marketing objectives.

Prepare regular reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience :

3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a managerial capacity.

Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Digital Strategy Execution.

Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Excellent understanding of content strategy, SEO/SEM, and online campaign management.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors will be considered an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
