Role Overview


The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns across platforms to drive brand awareness, online engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of translating brand strategy into effective digital communication that aligns with business goals.





Key Responsibilities




1. Digital Marketing Campaigns



  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and influencer networks.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Manage paid and organic growth strategies to increase traffic, leads, and ROI.
  • Analyze analytics reports (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.




2. Social Media Management



  • Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create engaging and visually consistent posts, stories, and reels across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to messages and comments, and build brand community.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to ensure high-quality creative output.




3. Brand Communication & Content



  • Craft compelling copy and campaigns reflecting the brand’s tone and luxury positioning.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and digital PR activities.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure all content reflects consistent branding.
  • Stay ahead of trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep the brand presence modern and dynamic.




4. SEO & Website Optimization



  • Implement SEO best practices (on-page/off-page) to improve search rankings and organic reach.
  • Collaborate with developers for website UX/UI enhancements, page speed, and analytics tracking.
  • Manage blog or e-commerce content for keyword relevance and audience retention.




5. Reporting & Analytics



  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering KPIs such as impressions, CTR, engagement rate, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategy optimization.
  • Manage digital budgets and ensure cost-effective ad performance.






Key Skills & Competencies


  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in digital marketing or social media roles, preferably in luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush), and social scheduling tools
