Digital Marketing Manager

1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

Optimize campaigns to achieve target CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI for financial products.

Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights.

2. Social Media Management

Manage the company’s presence across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Create engaging content to increase follower base and drive community engagement.

Execute paid and organic social media campaigns to improve reach and conversions.

3. Brand Awareness & Strategy

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning in the financial services industry.

Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.

Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and ad copies.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Analyze website traffic, leads, and conversion funnels using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.

Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

5. Team Collaboration & Management

Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Guide and support junior digital marketing executives and coordinate with external agencies for campaign execution.
