Dispatch Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily dispatch of printed materials on time.
• Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams.
• Prepare dispatch documents and maintain records using advanced MS Excel.
• Track deliveries and update dispatch status.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams via email and phone.
• Ensure proper packing and labeling of materials.
