Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Executive / Officer to manage the timely and accurate dispatch of goods and materials from our manufacturing and warehouse facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining dispatch records, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring compliance with dispatch protocols.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute daily dispatch operations as per schedule
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for timely dispatch
• Maintain proper records of all outgoing shipments
• Prepare dispatch-related documentation like invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills
• Handle coordination with transport agencies and vendors
• Ensure packaging, loading, and delivery are done as per quality and safety standards
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or delivery issues
• Maintain stock and dispatch reports on a daily basis
• ✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dispatch/logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing or electrical company
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation and inventory management
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, ERP systems preferred)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Must be organized, punctual, and physically fit
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
