Dispatch Officer

Job Summary:The Dispatch Officer is responsible for delivery of goods, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with logistics partners and internal departments. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily deliveries
• Ensure accurate preparation of invoices, delivery challans, LR copies, and other dispatch documents.
• Verify material quantity and quality before delivery.
• Maintain proper records of dispatch, stock movement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain communication with warehouse, accounts, and sales teams.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
