🔧 Role Overview- We are urgently hiring a Dispatch Supervisor to manage field operations, shipment checking, dispatch documentation, and workforce supervision. The role also includes inspection of non-ferrous scrap and coordination with sales & operations teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Shipment checking and dispatch coordination
- Managing E-way Bills, Invoices, and related documentation
- Supervising labor/workforce
- Inspecting, sorting, and evaluating Non-Ferrous Metal Scrap (Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Lead, Zinc, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
- Coordinating with sales and operations teams
- Maintaining proper documentation for scrap procurement & sales
