Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Training and onboarding new doctors: Ensuring smooth onboarding in the system in coordination with HR, TA team
- Train new and existing doctors: Training based on tenority in the system across contours of a) compliance, b) internal quality benchmarks; conduct refresher trainings based on quality gaps and feedback
- Cross-functional collaboration with Quality team: Work with Quality team to review doctor calls and improve call quality
- New initiatives: Suggest and run initiatives to improve doctor performance and patient experience as per mandate from leadership
