Key Responsibilities:

-E-Mail Process (Relevant Email Experience Mandatory MIN 12 months of experience on papers)

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : Mumbai (CHANDIVALI)

Eligibility:

- Graduate degree Mandatory

- Excellent communication skills can apply

- Candidates with 12 months of E-mail process experience can apply

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts

- Shift Window

Females From 8:00AM Till 8:00PM

Males From 8:00AM Till 11:00PM

Any 10 hours of shift
