Key Responsibilities:*

- Creating Detailed Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings of construction components, systems, and buildings using CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit,.GFC (From Real estate only)

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.

- Compliance: Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Revision and Update: Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.

- Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation .

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, strong understanding of engineering principles, and construction methods.

- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in creating technical drawings.

- Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to address design challenges and resolve issues.

- Education: Diploma or Associate's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Civil Engineering .

Work Environment:

- Office setting with occasional site visits.

- Reports to Lead Architect or Engineering Manager.

- May work on various projects, including residential and high-rise buildings
