DTP Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Designer to handle layout designing, typesetting, and print-ready artwork preparation. The candidate should be proficient in multiple Indian languages and have hands-on experience with printing requirements, color management, and file accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare print-ready layouts for offset and digital printing
• Perform DTP work, typesetting, and page layout as per client requirements
• Handle English, Gujarati, Marathi, and Hindi typing accurately
• Create and edit designs for visiting cards, brochures, pamphlets, books, forms, packaging, labels, and commercial print jobs
• Make corrections as per proofs and client feedback with speed and accuracy
• Ensure correct bleed, margins, color modes (CMYK), resolution, and fonts
• Coordinate with printing machine operators to avoid print errors
• Maintain proper file naming, job folders, and backups
• Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Strong command over Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi & English typing
• Knowledge of offset & digital printing processes
• Understanding of pre-press standards and color separation
• Attention to detail and error-free work
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs
