About Us:

We are a growing T-shirt printing brand looking for a creative and skilled individual who can handle both design work and DTF printing operations. If you’re passionate about prints, fashion, and design, join our team and grow with us!

Responsibilities:

• Create T-shirt designs using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Prepare print-ready files (mirrored, CMYK, accurate sizing)
• Operate and maintain DTF machine:
• 
  
• Load PET film and inks
• Apply hot melt powder
• Use curing oven or heat press for final transfer
• 
  
• Ensure print quality and alignment on garments
• Keep track of inventory for films, inks, and powders
• Collaborate with the team for custom orders and bulk production
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workspace

Requirements:

• Strong design skills in CorelDRAW and Photoshop
• Experience in handling DTF printers (optional but preferred)
• Understanding of print file formats and color profiles
• Attention to detail and a creative eye
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
• Team player with a good attitude

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of heat press machines
• Basic video editing for social media (optional)
