Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves product listing, order management, marketplace coordination, website updates, and performance analysis to drive online revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams

• Process orders, track deliveries, and handle returns/refunds

• Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and discounts

• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for ads, SEO, and campaigns

• Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates to improve performance

• Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback professionally

• Ensure accurate pricing, offers, and product availability

• Stay updated on marketplace policies and e-commerce trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales (freshers may apply)

• Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce)

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online promotions

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Experience with paid ads (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)

• Knowledge of SEO and product ranking optimization

• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
