💼 About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive (Operations) to manage and optimize our online presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Blinkit, and other platforms.

Handle product listings, catalog updates, inventory management, and pricing.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and optimize listings for visibility and conversion.

Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, packaging, and on-time delivery.

Resolve account or order-related issues promptly.

Plan promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements to drive sales.

Maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and vendors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Marketing preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central.

Exposure to Blinkit, BigBasket, Flipkart, or similar platforms is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• 📦 Order Fulfillment:
• Oversee order processing, packaging, and dispatching.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for on-time delivery.
• Monitor order flow and minimize delays or cancellations.
• 📊 Inventory Management:
• Track stock levels and update real-time inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• 💬 Customer Service & Support:
• Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints via call, email, or chat.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with quick issue resolution.
• 📈 Order Tracking & Reporting:
• Monitor daily sales, returns, and customer feedback.
• Prepare reports for management and identify performance trends.
• 🌐 Website & Platform Maintenance:
• Conduct regular audits for errors or broken links.
• Ensure product visibility, correct pricing, and smooth UX/UI.
• 🎯 Marketing & Promotion Support:
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure promotional offers are live and properly displayed.
• 🔧 Process Improvement:
• Suggest ideas for operational efficiency and workflow automation.
• Follow best practices for e-commerce business growth.
• 🧠 Required Skills:
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data reporting
• Understanding of inventory and order management systems
