Job Description

Manage E-commerce Platform (Amazon, Flipkart, India-mart, Trade India etc.) to handle online enquiries to achieve monthly revenue target. Good communication with spoken skills and email drafting is a must. Handling Returns, Cancellation, Buyer Co-ordination via call, Whatsapp. and portal messages. Maintain good account health with better Reviews and Ratings. Proficiency in Computer skills to maintain multiple Reports and MIS.

Good Communications skills, Go getter Attitude and Excellent sales track record is a pre-requisite.
