E-Commerce Executive

· Handle end-to-end returns management for Amazon orders (FBA & FBM).

· Monitor return requests, approvals, and refunds through Amazon Seller Central.

· Analyse return reasons and identify patterns (damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.).

· Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for reverse pickups and inventory reconciliation.

· Ensure timely processing of refunds and replacements as per Amazon policies.

· Work on Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.

· Track and reduce return rate and refund losses.

· Handle customer queries/escalations related to returns.

· Maintain accurate records and reports on returns, refunds, and claims.

· Raise claims with Amazon for lost/damaged returns (FBA reimbursements).
