Job Description

Website & E-commerce ManagerLocation: Mumbai (on-site studio/store days)

Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹15000 - ₹19000

Timmings - 10:00 - 7:00


1) Shoots and creatives

  • Plan product shoots: shot list, props, references, backgrounds, brand angles.
  • Assist on set: styling help, keeping labels clean, consistency across variants.
  • Edit photos: crop, colour correct, dust cleanup, export in correct sizes (PDP, thumbnails, banners).
  • Maintain a tidy media library with clear file names and versions.

2) Catalog and website Shopify

  • Create and update product pages: titles, bullets, long descriptions, size/weight, ingredients/materials, usage, care, FAQs.
  • Write SEO-friendly copy and alt text; add tags, collections, filters, and cross-sell bundles.
  • Set pricing, offers, and inventory; map SKUs/barcodes; keep stock status accurate.
  • Build homepage banners and seasonal landing pages; refresh hero creatives as per calendar.
  • QA every change on mobile and desktop: images, spacing, links, CTAs, checkout.
  • Keep site fast: compress assets, avoid heavy scripts, fix broken links/404s.

3) Amazon (Seller Central)

  • Create/Optimize listings: titles, bullets, A+ Content, image stack per Amazon guidelines.
  • Backend keywords, category approvals, variation setups, and listing hygiene.
  • Monitor account health, stranded/blocked listings, and open cases with clear evidence.
  • Manage pricing, coupons, deals, FBA/FBM shipments, and reconciliations.
  • Track reviews/Q&A; raise flags for counterfeit/incorrect merges.

4) Social and community

  • Post Instagram stories regularly (new arrivals, behind-the-scenes, offers, FAQs).
  • Reply to comments/DMs quickly; escalate support issues to the team.
  • Keep a simple weekly content plan tied to launches and inventory.

5) Operations and growth

  • Set up UTM links; track traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and top products.
  • Run abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows (email/WhatsApp) using simple templates.
  • Coordinate with packaging/dispatch on PDP accuracy (weights, dimensions, shelf life).
  • Maintain SOPs and checklists so anyone can repeat the process.

Tools you should know

  • Design: Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • CMS: Shopify
  • Marketplaces: Amazon Seller Central (
  • Analytics: GA4, Search Console, basic Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Social: Instagram, Meta Business Suite.
  • Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS, simple Reels edits.


  • Amazon catalog health in the green; no stranded SKUs.
  • Weekly homepage/banner refresh aligned to a simple launch calendar.
  • IG stories most days, comments/DMs replied within business hours.
  • Experience we’re looking for 1–3 years running an e-commerce catalog (brand or agency).
  • Hands-on with photo editing and web exports.
  • Strong written English for product copy; Hindi/Gujarati is a plus.

Detail-first, organized, and comfortable juggling many moving parts.
