E-commerce Operations Manager / Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to handle daily operations, manage orders, and lead a team of e-commerce executives.
Responsibilities:
Manage orders, dispatch, returns, and customer queries
Lead and supervise the e-commerce team
Handle marketplace operations
Improve listings and track sales performance
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics and maintain inventory
Requirements:
1-2+ years experience in e-commerce operations
Strong knowledge of Websites and E-Commerce
Team handling experience
Good communication & problem-solving skills
