  • We are seeking a dynamic and flexible detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations for Aurrelis across perfumes, beauty care, and nutraceuticals. The role requires managing production, supply chain, quality control, compliance, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution to ensure smooth scaling of our fast-growing luxury and wellness brand



Job Description: E-Commerce Operations Manager



Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily online business operations. This role will manage product listings, stock and inventory flow, order processing, returns, and ensure smooth functioning across all e-commerce platforms (marketplaces and D2C).





Key Responsibilities



  • Listings & Catalog Management

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords, pricing).
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and resolve listing errors/suppressions.
  • Coordinate with creative/content teams for banners, A+ content, and promotions.

  • Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels across warehouses and platforms.
  • Plan replenishment cycles to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy on marketplaces and D2C.

  • Order & Fulfillment Management

  • Oversee order processing, shipping, and last-mile delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and reverse logistics.
  • Track and reduce cancellations, returns, and RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain dashboards for sales, inventory, and operational KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data to identify process improvements.
  • Share weekly/monthly reports with management.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing for campaign execution and discounting.
  • Collaborate with finance on payment reconciliations and marketplace settlements.
  • Support customer service team on operational queries.






Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations (marketplace & D2C).
  • Strong knowledge of platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
