ECommerce Operations Intern

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our daily operational tasks and gradually take ownership of routine processes. This role is designed to reduce operational load, minimize errors, and build a trained backup for core operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and checklists
• Handle repetitive, detail-oriented work with accuracy
• Maintain and organize operational data, sheets, and records
• Support order, logistics, and process coordination tasks
• Follow SOPs and flag errors, gaps, or inconsistencies
• Learn end-to-end operational workflows under supervision

Requirements:

• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets / basic tools
• Reliable, structured, and willing to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and document processes
• Interest in operations, systems, and process improvement
