Job Description
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train e-commerce associates on operations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Website Management: Oversee platform functionality, ensuring user-friendliness, accurate product info, appealing images, and optimized navigation.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch, packaging, and delivery, managing inventory levels.
