We are looking for passionate and energetic Telecallers / Education Counsellors to join our growing team at EMed Campus, an education consultancy that helps Indian students secure MBBS admissions in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other top international universities.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students/parents from our database to promote MBBS abroad programs.
• Understand students’ needs and counsel them on available university options, eligibility, admission process, fees, and benefits.
• Schedule and invite students to attend webinars/seminars organized by EMed Campus.
• Follow up with interested students and guide them through the application and documentation process.
• Maintain daily calling records and update CRM with student status and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with admission and operations team for smooth student onboarding.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets and support marketing campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Confidence and clarity in phone-based counselling.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Patience and empathy while dealing with students and parents.
• 12th pass or Graduate (education background preferred).
• Experience in telecalling, counselling, or educational sales is an added advantage.
• Willing to work full-time from the office.
