Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end admission process — from enquiry and counselling to enrollment and onboarding.
  • • Follow up on leads generated through calls, emails, and walk-ins to achieve monthly admissions targets.
  • • Maintain updated and accurate records in the CRM system.
  • • Conduct counselling sessions (telephonic, video, or in-person) to understand student goals and match them with the right program.
  • • Participate in webinars, info sessions, and corporate outreach activities.
  • • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
