Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager Graduates/Engineers to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry, while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary deliverable of this role is to ensure effective implementation of company EHS policies and procedures at sites
• Ensuring the EHS compliance for their respective projects in construction operation & maintenance work
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skill

·      Maintaining & updating material safety data sheets for raw materials & finished products

·      To establish sound Contingency plans for Emergency

·      Ensure complete adherence to all guidelines relating to PPE Equipment’s, displaying signs and hoardings at all levels and various project locations

Requirements:

• Any Graduate/Engineer (2025/2024 year pass-outs)
• Strong interest in EHS/Real Estate Industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
