Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Sales and Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in Earthing and Lightning Protection products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, earthing, and lightning protection solutions, combined with excellent customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the earthing and lightning protection market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Technical Support and Service:

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of earthing and lightning protection systems.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that products meet customer specifications and requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on product usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and technical support, preferably within the earthing and lightning protection industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, earthing, and lightning protection products and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in electrical engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in conducting technical training and presentations.
• Familiarity with local and international standards and regulations related to earthing and lightning protection.

Work Environment:

• Office and field-based work environment.
• Regular travel to client sites for assessments, installations, and troubleshooting.
