🔧 Job Description – Electrician (ITI Certified)

Location: Versova, Santacruz, Andheri, Oshiwara, Rabale, Kalyan

Industry: Big Commercial Properties (Malls, Office Complexes, High-rise Buildings)

Salary (NTH): ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month

🛠 Role Overview

We are seeking skilled ITI-certified Electricians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across large commercial properties. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted power supply, safety compliance, and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems in commercial buildings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, ensuring timely resolution.
• Operate and maintain switchboards, circuit breakers, and distribution panels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Collaborate with facility management teams for preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• ITI certification in Electrical Trade (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
