Responsibilities:

• Read, use and understand electrical/ mechanical schematic drawings

• Interpret wiring diagrams and enclosure/panel fabrication drawings with bills of materials.

• Produce high-quality electrical flight products (PCBA, cables, harnesses, test fixtures).

• Fit, file, drill, and assemble junction boxes, panels, or perform diversified and complex

electrical assemblies for installation in simulators.

• Perform various electrical assembly duties on large utility vehicles by following

instructions and utilizing schematics.

• Assemble electrical components, terminals, and push buttons in a predetermined order.

• Cut, strip, and mount wires to connect electrical units. Wire electrical panels,

instrumentation, and devices.

• Test electrical controls and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.

• Ensure all electrical assemblies and installations meet quality standards and specifications.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical

assembly or a related field preferred.

● Ability to work from detailed schematics, wire lists, bills of materials, engineering

drawings, and documentation.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make precise adjustments.
