Job Description – Electrical Technicians & Helpers

Project: Metro Railway Electrical Works

Position 1: Electrical TechnicianKey Responsibilities:

• Execution of cable tray installation (ladder/perforated type) with supports & alignment
• Cable laying, dressing, glanding & termination (LT cables)
• Panel installation & internal wiring
• Point wiring for lighting, power & equipment
• Basic fabrication works (cutting, drilling, fixing supports)
• Testing & commissioning support activities
• Ensuring work as per drawings, standards & site instructions

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical
• 2–5 years experience in Metro / infrastructure / industrial projects
• Knowledge of tools, drawings & safety practices
• Ability to work in shifts / night work (if required)

Position 2: Electrical HelperKey Responsibilities:

• Assisting technicians in cable pulling, tray installation & panel works
• Handling tools, materials & site cleaning
• Supporting fabrication & installation activities
• Assisting in loading/unloading & shifting of materials
• Following supervisor instructions and maintaining discipline

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of electrical works
• 0–2 years experience (freshers can be considered)
• Physically fit for site work
