KRA’s:

1. Knowledge of diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and repair as needed.
2. Hands on knowledge of Electrical & VRV/VRF HVAC systems (operations, trouble shooting and maintenance)
3. Troubleshoot and repair lab equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
4. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities.
5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergency repairs.
6. Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.
7. Assist in installing, testing, and commissioning new machinery or systems.
8. Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
9. Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
10. Participate in maintenance planning, continuous improvement, and energy-saving initiatives.
11. Need to work at various company locations, including training centers, guest houses, and other facilities, as and when required
