Electrician

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our mall facility management team. The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across the shopping mall, ensuring uninterrupted operations, safety, and compliance with all regulations.

Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, power distribution, and equipment within the mall.

Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, circuits, emergency systems, and backup generators.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime for tenants and mall operations.

Ensure proper functioning of lighting systems, escalators, elevators, and HVAC electrical components.

Monitor and maintain energy-efficient systems to reduce power consumption.

Support facility management during emergencies, power outages, or equipment breakdowns.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.

Comply with mall safety policies, local codes, and electrical standards.

Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and the facility management team for electrical needs.

• Qualifications & SkillsITI/Diploma/Certification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, or large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and energy management.
• Hands-on experience with control panels, UPS, DG sets, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies.
