Process: Godrej Real Estate (Inbound & Email Support)


Role Overview:

We are hiring candidates for the Godrej Real Estate process to handle inbound customer queries and email support. The role involves assisting customers with property-related inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding real estate projects and services
  • Respond to customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and processes
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and issue resolution
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (Fresher or with minimum 6 months of calling experience)
  • HSC candidates with 6 months of calling experience can also apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer knowledge required

Salary Details:

  • Graduate with experience: 32,000 CTC / 26,000 In-hand
  • HSC with experience: 27,000 CTC / 22,000 In-hand

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Any 9-hour shift within this window

Week Off:

  • Rotational week off

  • Customer handling and problem-solving ability
  • Email writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
