Embroidery Digitizer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Digitizer with 6months - 1 years of experience in the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating high-quality embroidery designs for various applications, including normal apparel embroidery, hats, patches, and appliqués, using Wilcom and Pulse software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize embroidery designs for apparel, hats, patches, and appliqués.
• Convert designs, logos, and artwork into digitized embroidery files while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work closely with clients or team members to understand design requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot design issues, such as stitch density, thread breaks, and machine compatibility, ensuring flawless execution during production.
• Ensure designs adhere to industry standards for the US and UK markets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in embroidery digitization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months - 1 years of embroidery digitization experience, preferably in the US or UK markets.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Wilcom and Pulse embroidery software.
• Strong understanding of stitch types, densities, and embroidery file formats (DST, PES, etc.).
• Expertise in digitizing designs for various embroidery applications, including:
• Normal apparel embroidery
• Hat embroidery
• Patches
• Appliqués
• Knowledge of thread colors, fabrics, and embroidery machine types.
• Attention to detail and an eye for precision in design execution.

Shift Details:

• Shift Timings: Fixed shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift).
• Days Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday off.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience collaborating with clients from the US and UK markets.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced production schedules.
