Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans covering grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and literary analysis (genres, authors). 
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects; track progress and provide constructive feedback. 
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment, encouraging participation and discussion. 
• Differentiated Learning: Create individual plans and use varied techniques to support students with different needs and learning styles. 
• Communication: Effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues about performance and curriculum. 
• Professional Development: Stay updated on educational trends, attend meetings, and participate in training. 

Preferred Candidates: Applicants with experience in the IGCSE and ICSE boards will be preferred.
