Job Description-

We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Equity with a strong background in the stock market/equity segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving brokerage revenue while ensuring superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities-

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing equity customers.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for equity trading and investment products.
• Achieve revenue targets through brokerage and cross-selling financial products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Keep track of market trends and provide clients with relevant insights.

Requirements

• Equity background is a must (prior experience in equity trading, broking, or related fields).
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in equity sales, trading, or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
