Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ERP Developer with 3–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with business processes across finance, supply chain, or HR modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications based on business requirements
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERP-related issues
• Perform system testing, upgrades, and performance optimization
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in ERP development
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, ABAP)
• Experience with databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle DB
• Understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integrations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP implementation or migration projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
