ERP Executive

Job Title: ERP Executive / ERP Support Executive (Oracle)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Executive with strong knowledge of Oracle ERP to support day-to-day ERP-related operations at the client location. The role requires coordination with internal teams and effective communication with stakeholders based in Oman, ensuring smooth system usage and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day ERP operations using Oracle ERP

Support business users in Oracle modules (as applicable)

Coordinate with the Oman-based team for ERP-related activities and updates

Monitor data accuracy, system transactions, and process compliance

Assist in troubleshooting ERP issues and coordinating resolutions

Prepare and maintain system reports and documentation

Ensure timely updates and data integrity within the ERP system

Provide user support and basic training where required

Liaise with IT, functional teams, and external vendors as needed

Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP

Good communication skills (verbal and written) for coordination with overseas teams

Ability to understand business processes and translate them into ERP workflows

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently at the client location

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce / IT / Management)

5–6 years of relevant experience in ERP / Oracle-related roles

Prior experience working with international teams is an added advantage

Client Location: World Trade Center Complex, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai

Work Timings

5 days a week

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Contract Duration

3 months (initially)

Extendable based on performance and business requirement

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 To 50000, per month (Fixed)
