Job Description

  • Handle customer queries via email escalation, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to credit cards, loans, and other financial products.
  • Manage complaints and escalations effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy towards customers.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • At least 1 year experience in email support or similar role in the BFSI sector (credit cards, loans).
  • Excellent communication skills for handling difficult conversations with customers over email.
  • Graduation Mandatory
