Job Description

Role Name: Assistant / Sr. Estimation & Billing Engineer

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Salary Range: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Estimation & Billing Engineer from

Electrical Contracting Company to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work under the guidance

of a senior Billing & Estimation Engineer, and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including material

estimation, cost estimation, vendor assessment, bid preparation, billing and invoicing, and attending site and

client meetings.

Responsibilities:

1. Billing and Invoicing: Handle billing and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 2. Prepare

Estimates: Prepare detailed estimates that include all costs associated with the project

3. Material Estimation: Assist in determining the necessary materials for projects, taking into account the

project's budget and specifications.

4. Cost Estimation: Help in calculating the overall cost of the project, considering all possible factors.

5. Vendor Assessment: Assess and select vendors based on their capability to deliver quality materials within the

given time frame and budget.

6. Bid Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting detailed bids for projects.

7. Attend Site and Client Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and on-site teams to discuss project progress and

address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Commerce field.

2. Proven experience of 1 - 5 years in estimation and billing from Electrical Contracting Company

3. Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.

4.Outstanding attention to detail.

5.Strong knowledge of cost estimation and vendor assessment, & billing

6.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

7. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g.Google Sheets, MS Office, ).

8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

9. Should Have Auto Cad Knowledge
