  • Locate Yulu bikes with low batteries via app/data.
  • Replace empty batteries with charged ones at Yuma swapping stations.
  • Ensure 24/7 availability of charged bikes for delivery partners.
  • Perform basic maintenance and monitor vehicle roadworthiness.
  • Relocate vehicles to high-demand areas.
