Event Coordinator

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for procurement.

Order Dispatch & Coordination

• Manage daily orders on Swiggy, Zomato, and other platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all customer orders.
• Track and resolve any delivery or order issues.

Event Management

• Coordinate logistics and requirements for events.
• Dispatch and manage bulk/event-specific orders.
• Be present at events (if required) to supervise operations from start to finish.
• Act as the point of contact during events for smooth execution.

Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, F&B, or event coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic situations.
• Willingness to travel or be present at events when required.
