Event Manager

Gopal Decorators is looking for an experienced Production Manager to handle end-to-end on-site wedding and event execution. The role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management, and the ability to manage teams under tight timelines.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage on-site execution of weddings and events from setup to closure
• Handle and supervise all employees, helpers, and labor staff on site
• Coordinate with vendors (flowers, lights, fabric, furniture, logistics, etc.)
• Ensure timely setup, quality control, and dismantling
• Act as the main point of contact on-site for smooth operations
• Resolve on-ground issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure work is done as per design, plan, and client expectations
• Maintain discipline, safety, and work efficiency on site
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in wedding/event production or decor management
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work long hours during events
• Prior experience with decorators or event companies preferred
