Job Description – Event Management Sales Executive

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
1. Position OverviewVaviya Events is seeking a highly motivated and customer‑oriented Female Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client meetings, and event conversions. The candidate will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
2. Key Responsibilities·
A. Lead Generation & Market Research
1. Generate self‑leads through field visits, social media, cold calling, references, and networking.
2. Identify potential clients such as corporates, individuals, banquet halls, and wedding planners.
3. Maintain a structured database of prospects and track lead activities.
4. Research market trends to identify event opportunities.
· B. Client Interaction & Relationship Building
5. Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
6. Meet clients to understand requirements (theme, décor, venue, budget).
7. Present event packages and customised solutions.
8. Build long‑term relationships for repeat and referral business.
· C. Sales Conversion & Negotiation
9. Prepare quotations, proposals, concepts, and presentations.
10. Negotiate pricing and finalise deals while keeping profitability in mind.
11. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow‑ups.
12. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· D. Coordination & Internal Communication
13. Work with the operations team for smooth event execution.
14. Coordinate costing, vendor finalisation, and planning details.
15. Ensure clear communication of client requirements.
16. Provide regular updates on leads, follow‑ups, and closures.
· E. Documentation & Reporting
17. Maintain records of leads, meetings, and closures.
18. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
19. Update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
3. Required Skills & Competencies· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Confident and smart personality.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
· Ability to generate leads independently.
· Good presentation and client‑handling skills.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Qualification & Experience·
· HSC/Graduate preferred.
· 1–2 years of sales experience (event industry preferred).
· Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
5. Work Details· Location: JB Nagar, Andheri
· Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (Based on experience & interview)
· Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
