About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and agile Executive Assistant (EA) to directly support our Founder. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and has the maturity to manage sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with senior executives at reputed organizations and will bring exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level executive support to the Founder in daily operations, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage calendar, appointments, travel, and correspondence, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the Founder with professionalism.
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and events.
  • Track follow-ups, action items, and deadlines across multiple functions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support in board-level communication, investor relations, and confidential business matters.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Founder.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
  • 4–8 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Prior experience in a reputed company/start-up leadership environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with productivity/project management tools.
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Agility to adapt to changing priorities, and ability to work under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset.
