Executive / Sr . Exec - Sales ( Pharma )

Role & responsibilities

• Promotion of pharmaceutical Excipients & Chemicals of DB Ingredients for assgined Territory to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing companies
• Visiting commercial and R&D & purchase teams at the customer end 
• Working on Alternate Vendor Development with the customers 
• Providing samples & follow up with customers for approval & commercialization 
• Regular follow up of ongoing sales & keeping track of all New enquiries 
• Regular follow-up of purchase orders & keeping payment track of all customers 
• Making customer visits & increasing sales projects, 
• Tracking competition & competitor s products 
• Co-ordination with the Factory technical team & Customer care team if any query from customer
• Preparing & submitting Daily visit reports in System

Reporting & MIS

• Maintaining & Achieving budgeted Sales targets for the assigned region 
• Keeping sales tracking Product wise 
• Analysis of monthly sales data 
• Providing quotations and doing price negotiation with the customers 
• Preparing forecast of all products and all grades
